
Who do we deliver to?
- Left Coast delivery is designed to cater to corporate office meetings. We only will deliver in San Francisco.
When do we deliver?
- Our corporate delivery is available Monday-Friday from 6 am-5 pm. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times for orders placed with less then 24 hours advanced notice.
When can you expect the food to arrive?
- We will arrive at least 15 minutes before the meeting begins and set-up the catering for you meeting.
What do we deliver?
- We deliver breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks. Take a look at our seasonal menu or call us for our daily offering. We can deliver dinner too as long as it can arrive no later than 5 pm.
How does it work?
- Start by determining your needs and then give us a call. We will ask questions such as the day and time of your event, number of guests and budget. At that point we will help point you in the right direction with your menu and schedule you into our calendar.
What does it cost?
- Continental breakfast starts at $8.25 per person and our signature Dog Patch lunch complete with a sandwich, mixed greens, chef choice side salad, cookie and beverage starts at $12.25 per person. Hot lunches begin at $15.00 per person.
- There is a 15% delivery fee added to all orders but will not exceed $50.00. This includes the delivery, set-up and breakdown for your event and compostable plates, utensils, cups and napkins.
How do you order?
- Call us at 415.934.0600. We are available to take your call Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. You can also e-mail us your request at deliveries@leftcoastcatering.com.
Do we have a minimum requirement?
- We have a 10-person minimum per item. There is a $125.00 minimum for lunch and an $85.00 minimum for breakfast before tax and delivery fee.
How much advance notice do we need?
- All of our food is hand made with care using the freshest preferably organic ingredients possible. Therefore we request a 24-hour notice on sandwich and breakfast orders. Hot food requires a minimum of 48-hours advanced notice. But always feel free to call us if you are in a pinch, we may be able to recommend a menu to accommodate your needs if you are unable to meet the advanced notice guidelines. We cannot guarantee the delivery time for last minute requests.
What is the cancellation policy?
- A 24 hour advanced notice of cancellation is required for cold sandwiches and 48 hours notice for hot food or the bill will be charged in full.
How does billing work?
- When placing the order we will ask you to provide a credit card. Your card will be typically charged at the end of the day of your event. We accept all major credit cards.
- For regular cliental requesting 6 or more orders per month, a billing account can be set- up following the approval of our credit application. We set up our billing terms on a 30 day net.
When do we pick up the equipment?
- We pick-up orders for the day after 2 PM. If your meeting runs past 5 PM we will schedule a pick up for the following day.
What type of equipment do we use?
- We follow the green business guidelines and use ascetically pleasing re-usable serving ware. We are environmentally friendly therefore do not use disposable platters.
- Hot food is presented in chaffers, sandwiches are cut in half and displayed in baskets and dressing for salads are presented in pitchers on the side. Any items not returned are subject to a replacement fee.
Do we provide disposables?
- Left Coast is a green friendly business and use only compostable products. We will provide you with the necessary wares such as plates, utensils, cups and napkins.
